SHAG Week 2026 -
We are running our first ever Sexual Health Awareness and Guidance Week! Our LGBTQ+ Officer, Trans Officer, and Women’s Officer have been working together to deliver an informative, awareness driven week.
From the 23rd of February, look out for information and resources on the big screens around campus, as well as myth-busting trivia on our Instagram. We will also be updating the website with new resources.
Lastly, we will be running Win Big: SHAG Week Edition on Friday 27th in the SU Loft. iCaSH will be visiting to answer questions and provide information on their services, and you can play bra pong for a sweet treat, alongside a couple of other games where you could win a jar of condoms or a sex toy.
Spill the Socie-tea is back!
Whether you attend, don’t attend, or run a society, you can fill in our survey to help shape the future of societies at Norwich Arts SU.
As a thank you, you could win one of our fantastic giveaway bundles, such as a cold brew kit, a matcha starter kit, or free tickets to a tea-blending workshop hosted by Bird & Blend.
In addition, the three societies that gather the most responses from their members will receive £150 (1st prize), £100 (2nd prize), and £50 (3rd prize) to put towards an event or equipment for their society!

Educate and Celebrate - LGBTQ+ History Month 2026 -
As part of LGBTQ+ History Month, your LGBTQ+ Officer, Bea, has launched Educate and Celebrate, a campaign sharing the stories and lived experiences of LGBTQ+ people across our institution. Bea and Rae have shared their stories, and we are running a survey open to students and staff that asks the same questions.
You can find out more on our Part-Time Officer Instagram, and click the link to contribute your own story. We hope to publish these stories (and can anonymise your submission if you would prefer) as part of a celebration of queer identity. https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=SITnneKXaE6mkjMTuAwu_5rcspIwDJtHomhAbkrSCBxUOVhWVUw1QUg4MjFYRTU2S1hUOUlCWU5aQi4u&utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAdGRleAP8A69leHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZA8xMjQwMjQ1NzQyODc0MTQAAaepb1DIi6cKF5DclOScDYA0h26xNFeAEQVN6gPHK9vfG6T2ym3PO-Kgd5P2Jg_aem_YUxdhi0QW34zb_IVJ86irQ
