Whether you're dealing with academic concerns, housing problems, or personal challenges, we offer free, confidential, and independent advice to help you navigate student life.
Our advisers can guide you through processes like academic appeals, complaints, and disciplinary matters, and we’re always here to make sure you understand your rights and know where to turn for further support.
To make things as simple as possible, we run drop-in sessions twice a week — every Wednesday and Friday from 12:30 to 14:30.
You don’t need an appointment, just come by and speak to someone in person. Because we’re part of the Students’ Union and not the university itself, our advice is fully independent — we’re here to represent you.
Whether you’re preparing to start at Norwich or looking ahead, NASU’s Advice Service is here to ensure you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout your student experience.
