The organisations below provide free sexual health services to students in Norwich and surrounding areas and offer confidential, non-judgemental support on a variety of sexual health topics.
This local iCaSH service specialises in all aspects of sexual and reproductive health, including contraception, sexually transmitted infection (STI) and HIV testing and treatment.
iCaSH is available from easily accessible single locations across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Milton Keynes, Norfolk, Peterborough and Suffolk. Their vision is to provide a high quality, patient-centred service, with the right staff, delivering the right service, at the right time, in the right place.
They also work with Terrence Higgins Trust (see below) who provide community outreach services including free condoms, Chlamydia screening and sexual health advice and signposting.
Their staff are trained to provide expert professional advice and care to meet individual needs with tact and sensitivity, respecting the diversity of their clients.
Terrence Higgins Trust are the the UK's leading HIV and sexual health charity.
They do this by supporting people living with HIV and ensuring their voices are heard, providing testing services for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, and helping the people using their services to achieve good sexual health.
As well as provide services, they campaign on issues from relationships and sex education in schools to the proper funding of HIV services.
They also run community projects such as Positive Voices, which supports people living with HIV to tell their own stories, and Work Positive, which helps people living with HIV into employment.
