Winter fest timetable final design

Winterfest
Hopefully by now you have all had a chance to look over our Winterfest timetable. We know a lot of tickets have sold out already, but don’t worry, we still have one more ticket drop happening this week. On Thursday 8th at 10am, we will be releasing our final batch of tickets. You can use the link at the bottom of the email to browse all our events.
We also have a bunch of events that you don’t need a ticket for, including our Winterfest Brunch, Win Big, Donut Worry, and our Pick ’n’ Mix Stand.

Societies
Haven’t figured out what your New Year’s resolution is yet? How about joining a new society! From sports like yoga and football to crafts like scrapbooking and crochet, the SU supports over 40 student-led societies that provide opportunities for students to meet new people, develop new skills, and share their hobbies and interests with like-minded individuals.
Most societies are free to join, and you can find a full list of available societies on our website (link at the end of the email). You can also check out which societies are running each week via our Monday morning Instagram stories.

Election News
Could you be one of the next student leaders at Norwich Arts?

Here at Norwich Arts SU, we are led by a team of elected officers, including our two full-time Presidents. Each year, we hold an election where students vote for their new student officers. Overall, there are eighteen positions up for grabs this election, including the two paid President roles. If you have ever thought about running for one of these positions, want to know the election timeline, or are interested in learning more about the roles, click here - Elections 2026 @ Norwich University of the Arts

Nominations open on 2nd February, so you have plenty of time to decide if one of these roles is right for you.

Mapped Out
As part of Daniel’s Mapped Out series launching in January, we’re collecting anonymous student experiences to help map Norwich through the eyes of our liberation groups. We want to hear about the routes you use, the places that feel safe (or not), and the cultural or community spaces that matter to you.
Your insight will directly shape the digital content coming next term, from Safe Routes to Lived Voices and Culture & Community Spots. If you’d like to contribute, you can share your thoughts anonymously using the form below. It only takes a minute and will help us build a more honest, representative map of the city for everyone.
